Produced from grapes carefully selected and hand-picked in the Loire Valley, this cuvée is vinified according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, therefore with a second fermentation in the bottle, in order to enhance structure and complex aromas. The color is an eye catching light pink with very fine bubbles. A fresh nose of red fruits, crushed strawberries, and dried herbs. The palate is nicely balanced between fruit and freshness, a stylish crispy citrus finish. A fine and pure classical sparkling wine.

Hand picked and carefully selected. Méthode Traditionnelle, with a second fermentation in the bottle.
