A blend of traditional grapes of Burgundy consisting of 80% Pinot Noir, and 20% Gamay. This refreshing sparkling has pale salmon pink color with extremely fine bubbles. The bouquet is filled with red and black berries and dried fruits. Delicate and fresh with a long finish.
Made by traditional method from the experts in Sparkling wines from Burgundy. The Bailly-Lapierre Winery has underground caves extending over 10 acres. These caves provide a unique and natural conditions for aging the wines.
