Chateau des Seraphin has been in operations for 4 generations under the same family. The Mathieu family has been in control of the vines using sustainable agricultural practices. Pascal Mathiey's grandfather gave the name Seraphin after the three-winged angel that flies around the throne of God.
Dark ruby with purple highlights. This Syrah dominate blend offer aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and baking spice. Round and medium bodied with soft tannins and juicy finish.
