Pale straw green color with aromas of passionfruit, guava, gooseberry and subtle basil and bay leaf. The palate is full with tropical fruits, mixed herbs and gooseberry. There is crisp acidity, with elegant fruit length and subtle herbal characters on the finish.

Harvested in the cool autumn of March and fermented in separate batches. Fermented in cool temperatures to retain the fresh primary fruit characters.

Light salad, grilled seafood with lemon herb dressing, Pad Thai, Chicken and Cashew.
