Burning Cavalier or the Hen Rider, was a legendary horse rider who loved wines from South of France. He used to purchase a large amount of wines to share it during his many parties and dinners organized to celebrate his triumph. But his madness eventually caught him up, on the day we saw him riding a hen through his property while his castle was burning.
Since then, this legendary rider fed up legends, stories, fables… repeated from one generation to another…
The Burning Cavalier wines are as surprising as their legend…

This red wine is as fiery as its brand name, the Burning Cavalier, crafted with a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, grown in South of France where the sun shine almost burns the vineyards leaves, while its hot climate highly benefits to the grapes ripeness.
The result is a thirst-quenching red wine, powerful, packed with South of France aromas and great sun shine.
The grapes have been selected from the Pays d'Oc vineyards, in the Languedoc region.

Harvested in middle of September during cooler times of the day. Ripe grapes are carefully harvested at full ripeness. As the crop arrives at the cellar, it is destemmed and crushed in order to extract all the aromatic potential out of the skins. For this the fermentation is carried out in the traditional way for a long time. Our winemakers select only the best tanks for aging the wine for six months under the influence of French oak for Cabernet Sauvignon and American Oak for Merlot.
