La Coqueluche is a sweet word for ''La Favorite'' in other word it is a favorite, a darling. We have picked the rooster, as it is one of the French symbols throughout the world, and rooster in French is ''coq''. The combination has given a dandy French rooster, dressed with a sassy scarf, who loves wine. A bright pink color with youthful and intense aromas of ripe red berry and rich and balanced flavors of violet and strawberry on the palate.

Grapes were harvested at night when the temperature is cool in order to protect them from oxidation. The best Cinsault and Grenache grapes were chosen from the Languedoc region.
