The grapes are hand-picked from vineyards in the Entre-Deux-Mers region of Bordeaux. Vinified under Methode Traditionnelle by going through secondary fermentation in the bottle, this cuvée is enhanced by extra aging time on the lees, resulting in richness on the palate and fine bubbles. Pale yellow with aromas of citrus and white flower, followed by flavors of lemon, almond and brioche.

Grapes are hand-picked and sorted 3 times to ensure quality and perfect mature berries.
According to the vintage, the harvest which takes place within the famous ”Entre-deux mers” area, can start from the end of August and last up to 4 to 5 weeks.
