The spirit of Chardonnay is well reflected in this White Wine from the Burgundy region of France. The Maconnais region is warmer and drier than the rest of Burgundy. Rolling hills and fertile soil produces great Chardonnay like their neighboring Cote de Beaune region at a fraction of the price.
Macon-Verze wines are produced in the Macon appellation and specifically in the village of Verze.
Pair with goat cheese, grilled chicken and fish dishes. Also great on its own.
