This wine is from the Gascony region, situated on the West side of the city of Toulouse. In this region, mainly known for its white wines, the terroirs are very fresh and benefit from a low rainfall. The Sauvignon Blanc variety adapts very well to this region. Indeed, here, there is often an important change in temperature as the days end and night falls, which helps the grapes reach perfect maturity and favors the development of exceptional aromas in the wine.
