This unique Mediterranean blend is succulent with a delicate, tongue-tingly zest. Bursting with flavors, this rosé can be served as a pre-dinner drink or paired with salmon teriyaki, zucchini, carpaccio or Mediterranean salad.

Ile de Conas is named after one of the vineyards owned by Jean-Claude Mas where the original family vineyard was started. Jean-Claude is a 4th generation grape grower and 1st generation of vigneron which specializes in premium wines from the South of France.
He has been producing Rosé for over 20 years, but this unique Cuvee was created from a blend of 5 different grape varieties from select vineyard sites to create the perfect refreshing Rosé.
Each varietal was vinified separately then aged on its lees for 40 days in cement tanks with regular stirring. The final blend was created to produce maximum fruit flavors and complexity
